Ian is a sharp-eyed and analytical worker who can also engage with individuals and teams effectively. In his role he was asked to work with stakeholders to improve and create team level guidance to accurately and efficiently solve complex or sensitive customer issues that could not be resolved by frontline personnel. This included working with supplier personnel and stakeholders among Microsoft fulltime employees.
